AMANDA HAAS
Welcome Friends!
As a bestselling cookbook author, former Williams-Sonoma culinary director, and consultant to America’s favorite food brands—Traeger Grills, Breville, and Le Creuset—I’ve kinda become a 21st century Jane-of-all-culinary-trades (no offense, Jack). My life has been a wild ride and I want to share it with you.
From videos and live events–seriously, some of the most fun I’ve ever had was cooking Thanksgiving for the cast of Hamilton, and also searing scallops for a crowd of five thousand with Gordon Ramsay– I’ve taught and empowered hundreds of thousands of people to cook at home.
My culinary chops are matched only by my belief that “hell-yes-YOU-can-totally-do-this, too.” A mom of two, I’ve mastered easy cooking for families, but also cooking for one now that my kids are flying the coop! Cooking should be joyful and the main obstacles to doing it–time, money, and skill–can be easily remedied with simple tricks I’ve learned along the way.
I’m so freaking excited–seriously, can’t sleep kind of excited– to welcome you into my kitchen through House of Haas!
