Ingredients

medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced into half-moons
1/4
cup
fresh lime juice
1/4
cup
fresh orange juice
1
tsp
salt
1
jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and use for up to 3 days.
